Welcome to the AlphaPort Knowledge Base

This guide helps you understand AlphaPort as it appears in the portal, with clear explanations and practical visuals. Use it to set up a new workspace, learn what each area does, and return whenever you need help with a task.

Start with Getting Started and complete the Setup Wizard. We then recommend reviewing Settings before entering daily work: this is where the rules behind company information, numbering, permissions, categories, communication, printing, payments, and integrations are defined.

After the foundation is ready, continue with the Dashboard and the operational sections such as Relations, Workshop, E-Commerce, Invoice, Expenses, and Reports.
